Many people would classify Payless as being a "shitty", "cheap" store....Andrew Vanwyngarden from the psychedelic band MGMT doesn't seem to think so.
What makes me confused, is the stacks of money he's holding in his hands.
If he has so much money, why would he be shopping at Payless??...hmm.
Maybe it's so he can stack that cheese....
